Who are we?
Surrey Downs Health and Care Partnership (SDHCP) brings together the NHS, local government, community health services, voluntary sector, and other providers to serve the people and communities of Dorking, Epsom and East Elmbridge.
It covers a population of 320 thousand, with seven primary care networks, stretching across four districts and boroughs. All of these organisations share one ambition to put residents at centre of care, ensuring that they are supported to live healthier and happier lives.
